2. What data do we process and why?

Enquiries and general communication. We primarily process your name, company name, email address, telephone number and the content of your message or enquiry, if you provide this information. We use these data to respond and prepare a tailored solution. The legal basis is taking steps prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) or, where applicable, our legitimate interest in business communication with company contact persons (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Meeting bookings. If you arrange a consultation, we process the contact and organisational details necessary to hold the meeting. The legal basis is taking steps towards a potential business relationship or our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR).

Projects and related administration. When we enter into a business relationship, we process the data necessary to conclude and perform a contract, communicate, issue invoices and comply with legal obligations (Article 6(1)(b), (c) and, where applicable, (f) GDPR).

Secure website operation. To the extent necessary, we may also process technical data, such as IP addresses, access times or server security logs, to ensure that the website operates correctly and remains secure (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Who may have access to your data?

Our authorised service providers may have access to personal data to the extent necessary, in particular providers of web hosting, email, appointment booking and accounting services. They process the data only as required to deliver the relevant service and in accordance with applicable legal requirements. We do not sell personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. How long do we retain your data?

If communication does not lead to a business relationship, we generally retain data from standard enquiries for no longer than 12 months after the last related contact. We retain data relating to completed projects for the duration of the business relationship and subsequently for any period required by law or necessary to protect legal claims. Technical logs are kept only for as long as necessary for website operation and security.

5. What are your rights?

To the extent provided by the GDPR, you have the right to request access to your personal data, their rectification or erasure, restriction of processing or data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Please send any requests to the email address listed above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů).
